By accessing or using the website lumenhypnosis.com (the "Site"), purchasing digital audio products, joining our priority waitlist, or booking clinical hypnotherapy sessions, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Site or purchase our products and services.

2. Medical & Health Disclaimer (Important Notice)

Lumen Hypnosis services and digital audio products are designed for general relaxation, self-improvement, and stress management. They are NOT a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or psychiatric treatment.

Not Medical Advice: Thomas (Lumen Hypnosis) is a clinical hypnotherapist, not a licensed medical doctor, psychiatrist, or psychologist.
Safety Warning: NEVER listen to audio recordings while driving, operating heavy machinery, or performing any activity that requires your full conscious attention.
Pre-existing Conditions: If you suffer from severe clinical depression, epilepsy, psychosis, or other neurological or psychiatric conditions, please consult your primary medical healthcare provider before using hypnotherapy recordings or participating in 1-on-1 sessions.

3. Digital Products & Audio Downloads

A. License & Personal Use

When you purchase a digital audio track or session from Lumen Hypnosis:

You are granted a single-user, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial listening only.
You may not re-sell, share, re-distribute, duplicate, upload to public file-sharing platforms, or use the audio tracks for commercial broadcasting or public performance without prior written consent from Lumen Hypnosis.

B. Refund Policy for Digital Downloads

Due to the immediate, downloadable nature of digital audio files:

All digital audio purchases are final and non-refundable once the download link or file access has been delivered.
If you experience technical difficulties receiving or playing your file, please contact us at thomas@lumenhypnosis.com, and we will promptly assist you.

4. 1-on-1 Clinical Hypnotherapy Sessions

A. Session Bookings & Intake

Individual sessions (online or in-person in NSW) are subject to availability and formal intake confirmation.
Clients must complete all required intake and consent forms prior to their first session.

B. Cancellation & Rescheduling

We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a 1-on-1 appointment.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice or missed appointments without notification may incur a cancellation fee.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site—including text, graphics, logos, images, audio recordings, sound design, scripts, and software—is the property of Lumen Hypnosis and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws. Unauthorised use of any materials is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law in New South Wales and Australia:

Lumen Hypnosis and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our Site, digital audio products, or clinical services.
