Sessions take place in a calm, collaborative, and safe environment. We start by discussing your specific goals, followed by gentle, focused relaxation (trance) where we work directly with your subconscious mind to reframe unwanted habits and quiet mental noise. You remain in complete control throughout the entire process.

Headphones are highly recommended for the most immersive experience. Our recordings are engineered to cover the full audible frequency spectrum, so we suggest using headphones with a frequency response of at least 20 Hz – 20 kHz.

Select recordings also feature subtle sub-20 Hz infrasound frequencies designed for deep neural experiences. To fully experience these ultra-low frequencies without wireless compression or filtering, we recommend using wired headphones paired with a quality Digital Audio Converter (DAC).
